- 5:00pm-8:00pm: Jumper check in at River Expeditions
- 7:00pm: Videofest in Bar at the River Expeditions
- 9:00am-4:00pm: Jumper check in at River Expeditions
- 10:00am: The Bridge Day Introductory Course at River Expeditions lobby
- 1:00- 4:00 Packing class in the lobby w/Mike Greer
- 3:00pm: Exit point staff briefing - Room 209
- 4:00pm: Tandem BASE jumper meeting - Room 209
- 6:00pm: LZ staff meeting - Room 209
- 7:00pm-8:30pm: Jumper briefing at the River Expeditions banquet room. Mandatory for 1st timers at Bridge day.
- 6:30am: Exit point truck leaves River Expeditions and arrives at Rt.19/Fayette Station Road intersection around 6:45am.
- 7:30am: Two 40-passenger buses leave River Expeditions for exit point (jumpers only).
- 8:00am Bus/buses leave River Expeditions for exit point (family with bus passes may use these buses)
- 8:30am to 3:15pm – Buses begin hauling jumpers, staff, and people with Bus passes to the exit point back down to the LZ (continuous loops all day)
- 9:00am-3:00pm: BASE jumping for six hours from the New River Gorge Bridge.
- 3:15pm - One bus leaves top of Fayette Station Road (Rt. 19 intersection) for the River Expeditions (free for anyone to ride)
- 3:15pm-3:45pm: Buses leave LZ for the River Expeditions , stopping by Rt.19/Fayette Station Road intersection
- 4:00pm – Exit point truck leaves exit point for the River Expeditions (last chance ride).
- 5:00pm: Party at River Expeditions. Free pizza, Beer, soda, etc. (photo ID and Bridge Day jump badge required).
- 7:00pm: Jumper meeting and awards ceremony in the banquet room to talk about how cool we all are, and give thanks to staff and volunteers. Party on.
